 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dave put new windows in for us 20 years ago. We have been completely satisfied with the windows! He did an excellent job.  He was also a pleasure to work with — kind and trustworthy.

Many years after installation, the seal on one of the windows failed and the window was no longer clear. I contacted Dave to ask about replacement. He told me that the windows had a lifetime guarantee and said he’d be happy to replace it — which is just what he did!

We would recommend Dave and his company to anyone. It is not easy to find quality work done at a very competitive price — completed by someone who can be trusted. This is what Dave and Doors & More provide.

Previously, Avry came out and went through the sales contract to get us started.  From start to where we are today, there has been a very impressive level of professionalism and courtesy that goes above and beyond our expectations.  Whenever we had questions about the contract, Avry addressed any issues with an outstanding level of professionalism and respect.  David came out and measured for everything, and explained the process to us and answered any questions we had at that time.  David got here yesterday morning before the windows arrived, made sure all the required materials were on hand and addressed concerns with us and the installation team.  The installers were nice and did a very good job putting in our new windows.  David came back and inspected the installation and went through the features of our new windows.  He even cleaned them for us.  The only reason for not saying that the whole job was done excellently, is that we still have a door installation waiting for the new door to come in.  At this point I will say that we feel like we are blessed to have worked with Doors and More, and would gladly do so again, should the need arise.  We highly recommend David and Avry.  Their prices are reasonable and you will be working with the nicest people!  We think you will be very happy with the outcome, as we are!

He kept us informed of when he would be here to install everything.  He communicated with us if he had to leave for a lunch break or pick up something he needed.  He was very professional in his dealings with us.  He was patient with us and answered all of our questions.  He sent us an itemized estimate of the cost and stuck to that estimate.   His personality and disposition were very positive and really helped to sell the product and the company.  He is an asset to the company.  We will highly recommend Doors & More to our friends.

Both came before for measurements, with clarity about the windows and doors, payment etc. Both came when the work was being done and even after it was finished to make sure that everything was according to specs and to my satisfaction! They replaced 13 windows and also a 95" sliding door which is beautiful. Excellent work by Rodrigo's crew who worked tirelessly (without lunch) right through from 9 to 6:30 the first day and 9 to 8:30 the second day. I had asked them to do other jobs at the last minute and the obliged without hesitation (with a small extra payment which was very reasonable). So only praise for this company who delivered and more!
